It’s so great to see someone advocating incidental/light intensity activity, and most importantly, breaking up extended periods of sitting with time spent standing. Too often, people underestimate how something as simple as standing regularly can make a big difference in our lives, and it’s high time the world realised that 1 hour of vigorous exercise simply cannot make up for the effects of sitting all day.
